Sun City Collectibles Shipping Policy:
All of our orders are properly handled and inspected so you can receive your item in the best possible condition, whether you want to open your item or keep it in box we got you covered. We ship all domestic and U.S. territories along with international orders. After your order has been placed you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders will be processed within two working business days. If your order happens to fall on a Sunday or during the holidays, it will be processed the following working business day.
Sun City Collectibles Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple, if you want a refund you can contact us at returns@suncitycollectibles.com with the details of your refund, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to receive a full refund. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them. Refunds will not be accepted for orders that have been taken out of their original packaging. For example you purchase an action figure and take it out of the original factory packaging, this will no longer be accepted for a refund. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage and properly package the item(s) so that they safely arrive back to our location, it is recommended that for higher priced item(s) you insure the package and track it. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages from the carrier upon delivery to us. Upon receipt of item(s) from you, we will issue you a full refund within 7 business days.
